Although you touch on microfibers and nanoplastics you don’t go into the fact that as you wear acrylics or polyesters they shed these fibers into the air where you & those around you can breathe them in. That is one of the most common sources of the nanoplastics found in your blood & organs!
You may also be interested in looking at the frequencies of various fabrics. Wool & linen are the highest, cotton is about the same as human frequencies. Polyester & acrylic are very low & not healthy to wear
I have thrown out all my acrylics/polyester clothes and wear only natural fibers now mostly cheap cottons cuz I’m not rich. However, I still knit with this crap because I make sweaters for my dog and polyester is so much easier to care for
